Based on the true story of Charles Dickens, portrayed in a different perspective highlighting the secret affair he kept hidden untill his death.
We all know Charles Dickens is an iconic and much loved author. His books such as: Great Expectations and a Christmas Carol are classics but his life takes interest in this movie. Specifically his secret affair, which has only been uncovered since Charlie Tomalin wrote the book; The Invisible Woman. At the height of his career Charles Dickens meets a young woman who becomes his lover until his death. This film carries an all star line-up with famous actor Ralph Fiennes playing the role of Charles Dickens himself and Felicity Jones playing his mistress, Nelly Turnan.
A brilliant interpretation of the life of Britain's famous author however with enough mystery and suspense to deliver a nerve shredding epic movie. Picked up by critics as a film to watch in 2013, The Invisible Woman will be apart of the iconic Toronto Film Festival.
Not only were we gripped to the story but we were there to setup and monitor equipment, including the HD VT Solution. We were also there supporting the installed Avid equipment offering on site maintenance and a 24/7 on call service.
